Ah, la galette des rois !<\/h3>\n

Cette ronde de p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e et de frangipane qui fait tourner les t\u00eates et les couronnes chaque janvier. Chez Honor\u00e9 Festif, nous prenons cette tradition gourmande tr\u00e8s au s\u00e9rieux… Enfin, aussi s\u00e9rieusement qu’on peut prendre une f\u00eate o\u00f9 on couronne un roi avec un bout de carton dor\u00e9 !<\/p>\n

D’o\u00f9 vient cette \u00e9trange tradition ?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Remontons \u00e0 l’\u00e9poque o\u00f9 nos anc\u00eatres les Gaulois ne portaient pas de pantalons, mais des braies. Imaginez-vous, en plein hiver, c\u00e9l\u00e9brant le solstice en mangeant une simple galette de bl\u00e9. Oui, la galette des rois a commenc\u00e9 comme une affaire plut\u00f4t rustique.<\/p>\n

Puis, au fil des si\u00e8cles, elle est devenue un peu plus raffin\u00e9e (et un peu moins rustique). Sous Louis XIV, la galette devient une affaire d’\u00c9tat, o\u00f9 m\u00eame le Roi Soleil ne pouvait \u00e9chapper \u00e0 la f\u00e8ve. Ah, la f\u00e8ve ! Cette petite c\u00e9ramique qui a fait plus de rois d’un jour que toute l’histoire de France.<\/p>\n

Chez Honor\u00e9 Festif, on r\u00e9invente la tradition<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Mais tr\u00eave d’histoire, parlons de maintenant. Chez Honor\u00e9 Festif, nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 que si la galette \u00e9tait bonne pour un roi, elle \u00e9tait parfaite pour le peuple moderne. Alors, nous avons pris cette tradition s\u00e9culaire et l’avons tordue, retourn\u00e9e, et recouverte de modernit\u00e9 (et d’un peu plus de frangipane).<\/p>\n

Des saveurs du monde<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Pourquoi nous limiter \u00e0 la traditionnelle frangipane quand nous pouvons vous embarquer pour un tour du monde ? Nos galettes r\u00e9invent\u00e9es sont une c\u00e9l\u00e9bration de saveurs internationales, chacune racontant sa propre histoire gourmande.<\/p>\n

De la d\u00e9licatesse royale avec notre galette garnie d’une cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re \u00e0 la pistache, au voyage sur une \u00eele tropicale parsem\u00e9 d\u2019ananas et de citron vert, en passant par un escapade en for\u00eat entre p\u00e9pites de chocolat et marrons pour terminer avec un retour aux sources avec la simplicit\u00e9 de la frangipane classique. Chaque bouch\u00e9e de nos galettes est une d\u00e9couverte, un voyage \u00e0 travers les continents et les cultures.<\/p>\n

La Tradition, mais avec un zeste de folie<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Alors voil\u00e0, chez Honor\u00e9 Festif, nous croyons que les traditions doivent vivre, respirer et, surtout, s’amuser. La galette des rois n’est pas seulement un dessert, c’est une exp\u00e9rience, une aventure gustative et un moment de pur d\u00e9lire royal.<\/p>\n
